I have been very fortunate to be taught by coaches and instructors who have had a positive influence on me as a rider, coach and judge. My foundation training was always correct and based around the  British Dressage Scales of Training (which I now base my coaching around).

Read more about Scales of Training here.

This enabled me to progress, attaining my British Horse Society and British Dressage professional qualifications, compete three times for the BD Northern England team at Senior Home Internationals  and qualify many times at various levels for Regionals and Area Festivals.

I am now blessed to be coached by Rhett Bird, International Grand Prix dressage rider, where I have fantastic opportunities to ride beautiful horses, including Grand Prix school masters.
